Yes, I am watching and reading, Ricky. I may not always comment - and I admit, I am not journaling much but I am painting almost every day, doing something creative and fun and getting out of my own head for a while (which is what art does for me). Don't give up - maybe getting others to journal and share their journals is not the way to go but maybe better to keep sharing your own journey and thoughts and words like you have been doing - which is great!
ReplyDeleteYes , I too am watching and reading . Basking in your delightful journaling and beautiful artistic talent . Keep up the good work . You may talk me into doodling and journaling SOMEDAY ! I feel I am very good at verbalizing my thoughts . However , some people never HEAR me .

ReplyDeleteThanks for responses guys....I will keep up the posting and take any advice.
ReplyDeleteI'm following this blog AND I'm following your advice too. I'm doing lots of "doodling" just not as much "posting". Having an art journal that isn't a "picture" for someone else's wall, lets a lot of what's hiding inside, find it's way out. Have a wonderful, healing, relaxing vacation!
ReplyDeleteWhoops... how'd I miss this? I guess I failed the test... being late and all... I too find your blog inspiring... and I do journal, every day... I'm thankful every morning when my eyes open and God has granted me another day on this earth...how could I not take a few mins to document that miracle.
